About the Hiring Group

The Enterprise Architecture team is a core delivery organization within the Corporate Systems group, responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the technical Integration & Extensions that connects RTI's Oracle Cloud and enterprise business systems. The team serves as the technical backbone enabling cross-functional business processes across Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and beyond.


What You'll Do

We are seeking a results-driven Manager, Oracle Technologies to lead a team of integration engineers, extension developers, and technical analysts - including both direct staff and managed vendor resources. This leader will bring deep, hands-on Oracle platform expertise and the ability to scale impact through people, process standards, and architectural governance. Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Vendor Management

  • Lead and Develop: Build and nurture a high-performing team of integration engineers and extension developers.
  • Coaching & Development: Provide ongoing coaching, career development planning, performance management, and skills gap analysis for team members.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee vendor Statements of Work (SOWs), deliverables, and relationships, ensuring accountability for quality and timelines.
  • Collaboration: Partner with IT leadership and HR on workforce planning, hiring, and onboarding initiatives.

Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) & Agentic AI

  • Lifecycle Management: Own the complete lifecycle of enterprise integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including architecture, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Governance: Establish and enforce development standards across various adapters (REST, SOAP, FTP, DB) and orchestrations.
  • AI Adoption: Lead the team in adopting Agentic AI capabilities within OIC, focusing on intelligent process automation and AI-assisted orchestration.
  • Best Practices: Define standards for retry logic, fault management, and performance monitoring.

Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM & HCM Integrations

  • Integration Oversight: Direct the design and delivery of inbound and outbound integrations for Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM, and HCM systems.
  • Data Management: Manage file-based data load processes and configurations for large-scale migrations.
  • Collaboration: Work with business functional owners to define integration requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Compliance: Ensure all integrations meet audit, compliance, and data governance requirements.

OCI Data Integration (OCI-DI) & Fusion Data Warehouse

  • Pipeline Management: Lead the architecture and delivery of OCI-DI pipelines for enterprise data ingestion and transformation.
  • Manage the Fusion Data Warehouse, ensuring data model customization and BI reporting layer integrity.
  • Partnership: Collaborate with data and analytics teams to maintain pipeline reliability and data quality standards.

ATOM Feeds, API Gateway & Middleware

  • Integration Design: Oversee the design and integration of Oracle Cloud ATOM Feeds for real-time data synchronization.
  • API Management: Govern API Gateway configurations, including routing policies and authentication methods.
  • API Lifecycle: Manage the entire API lifecycle from design to publication, ensuring secure and stable service contracts.

PL/SQL, BIP Reports & Oracle Database

  • Technical Leadership: Provide guidance on PL/SQL development and database transformations.
  • Report Management: Oversee the delivery of BI Publisher (BIP) reports and Oracle Database schema management.
  • Standards Establishment: Set coding standards and peer review practices for database and reporting deliverables.

Technical Documentation & Architecture Review Board (ARB)

  • Standards Enforcement: Establish standards for integration design documents, architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks.
  • Documentation Reviews: Lead reviews to ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards prior to deployment.
  • Representation: Act as a representative for the Integration & Extensions team at ARB sessions, preparing and defending proposed solutions.

Governance, Financial Planning & Continuous Improvement

  • Development Standards: Define and enforce coding standards and best practices for development processes.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish SLAs and KPIs for integration platform reliability and report regularly to IT leadership.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives for automated testing and observability dashboards.
  • Budget Participation: Engage in budget planning and cost tracking for the integration platform portfolio.

What You'll Need

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in leading integration engineering teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle Cloud ERP, and relevant technologies.
  • Exceptional vendor management and communication skills.
  • A track record of driving continuous improvement and maintaining high-quality standards.

Required Technical Expertise:

  • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC): Deep hands-on experience across integration patterns, adapters, scheduled orchestrations, and lifecycle governance.
  • OCI Data Integration (OCI-DI): Pipeline design, data flow management, and integration with OCI object storage, databases, and ERP/HCM systems.
  • Oracle Cloud ERP & HCM: Integrations for Financials, Procurement, Core HR, Payroll, and Talent modules; experience with FBDI, HDL, and ADFDI.
  • ATOM Feeds: Design and consumption of Oracle Cloud ATOM feed-based integrations for event-driven data exchange.
  • PL/SQL: Advanced development of stored procedures, packages, cursors, and performance-tuning for Oracle Databases.
  • BI Publisher (BIP): Data model design, RTF template authoring, bursting, and scheduled report delivery.
  • Oracle Databases: Schema management, SQL optimization, and collaboration with DBA resources on production database environments.
  • API Gateways: Policy management, authentication/authorization, routing, rate limiting, and API versioning.
  • Fusion Data Warehouse: Subject area management, BI reporting configuration, and data model customization.
  • Agentic AI within OIC: Familiarity with AI agent frameworks, intelligent orchestration patterns, and AI-assisted process automation within the OIC platform.
  • Agentic AI development across Oracle platforms (within SaaS, in OCI0
  • Technical Documentation: Authoring and reviewing IDDs, solution diagrams, API specifications (OpenAPI/Swagger), and operational runbooks.
  • ARB Canvas Review: Preparation, presentation, and peer evaluation of architecture review submissions; ability to clearly articulate solution tradeoffs to senior stakeholders.

Leadership & Business Skills

  • Proven ability to manage and develop both direct staff and vendor resources in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
  • Experience with financial planning including annual IT budgets, forecasting, cost tracking, work estimation, and capital funding requests.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate complex technical concepts for business audiences.
  • Proactive upward communication of Risks and Issues
  • Ability to build and deliver architecture presentations and solution concepts in a business-oriented manner.
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills across IT and business functions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle Cloud certifications (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud Specialist, OCI Foundations, Oracle ERP/HCM Implementation Professional).
  • Experience with Oracle VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service) or Oracle APEX for UI extension and custom application development.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and subject area customization.
  • Exposure to Agile / SAFe delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with hybrid integration scenarios involving non-Oracle platforms (Salesforce, Workday, MuleSoft, Azure Logic Apps, etc.).
  • Understanding of data governance frameworks, master data management (MDM), and data quality practices.
