VDI / Windows 365 Cloud PC Expert

Genesis10 is currently seeking a VDI / Windows 365 Cloud PC Expert for a remote part-time, short-term contract position with a Technology Company located in Dublin, OH.

Schedule: Part-time - 20-24 hours per week. Can have a flexible work schedule, but may be required to work some business hours for meetings.

Pay Range: $40.00-50.00

This is a part-time role focused on designing, creating, and supporting the rollout of up to three Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) pools. The ideal candidate will leverage expertise in Windows 365 or Azure Virtual Desktop to support various user groups including call center staff and software developers. This position is expected to be 20-24 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Design, create, and support the rollout of up to three VDI pools
• Provide support for various user groups including call center users, trainers, supervisors, and software developers

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) / Windows 365 Cloud PC expert
• Hands-on experience with Windows 365 or Azure Virtual Desktop

Desired skills:

• Familiarity or awareness of Microsoft Intune
