JOB DESCRIPTION Make your mark for patients We are looking for a strategic, collaborative, and patientfocused Legal Lead to join our Market Access Legal team. This is a hybrid role based in our Atlanta, GA, Washington DC, or RTP, NC offices (other U.S. locations may be considered). About the role In this role, you will provide legal guidance on market access, pricing, and patient engagement initiatives across U.S. healthcare systems. You will advise crossfunctional teams on complex federal and state healthcare laws, support compliant patient access programs, and help shape business strategies that prioritize patients while meeting regulatory requirements. This role focuses primarily on epilepsy and rare syndromes while supporting broader U.S. market access activities. Who you'll work with You will work closely with colleagues across Market Access, Pricing, Patient Engagement, Government Affairs, and Commercial teams, partnering with leaders who are passionate about improving patient access to innovative therapies. This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $180,800 - $237,300. The actual salary offered will take into account related knowledge, skills, experience and location among other factors and may fall outside the expected range.
