Make your mark for patients

We are looking for a strategic, collaborative, and patientfocused Legal Lead to join our Market Access Legal team. This is a hybrid role based in our Atlanta, GA, Washington DC, or RTP, NC offices (other U.S. locations may be considered).

About the role

In this role, you will provide legal guidance on market access, pricing, and patient engagement initiatives across U.S. healthcare systems. You will advise crossfunctional teams on complex federal and state healthcare laws, support compliant patient access programs, and help shape business strategies that prioritize patients while meeting regulatory requirements. This role focuses primarily on epilepsy and rare syndromes while supporting broader U.S. market access activities.

Who you'll work with

You will work closely with colleagues across Market Access, Pricing, Patient Engagement, Government Affairs, and Commercial teams, partnering with leaders who are passionate about improving patient access to innovative therapies. You will be part of a collaborative legal team that values integrity, practical problemsolving, and strong business partnership.

What you'll do

  • Provide legal advice on U.S. market access strategies and patient support programs
  • Review and support pricing proposals and market access customer arrangements
  • Advise on federal and state healthcare laws and regulatory requirements
  • Support compliant design and execution of patient engagement initiatives
  • Partner with crossfunctional teams to manage legal risk and enable decisions
  • Participate in policy, investigation, and litigation matters as needed

Interested? For this role we're looking for the following

Minimum requirements

  • Juris Doctor degree and active U.S. bar membership
  • 5+ years of legal experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
  • 2+ years' experience supporting market access, pricing, or patient support programs
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. federal healthcare laws and regulations
  • Proven ability to communicate legal guidance to nonlegal partners

Preferred requirements

  • Experience supporting epilepsy or rare disease therapeutic areas
  • Familiarity with government pricing or reimbursement programs
  • Strong strategic thinking and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment

This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $180,800 - $237,300. The actual salary offered will take into account related knowledge, skills, experience and location among other factors and may fall outside the expected range.
