Summary of Role:

The role of a Relationship Manager Business Experience will represent Broadview as the key relationship lead to strategic business partners and Affinity programs as assigned. This role focuses on acquiring new members through deepening existing business partnerships, acquiring new strategic partners and strategic execution of sales strategies. Additionally, Business Experience Relationship Managers are responsible for managing internal and external stakeholders to ensure assigned relationship groups and their employees are receiving exceptional experience, while supporting Broadview's strategic growth initiatives.

Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities
  • Design and execute proactive business development strategies, including delivery of Broadview's affinity programs to business partners.

  • Oversee the strategic execution of Broadview's Business Development partnership programs, as assigned.

  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive positioning, and expansion opportunities.

  • Represent Broadview at community events, business development functions, and strategic networking opportunities to expand market presence.

  • Participate in the development and execution of the Affinity Program model.

  • Utilize Customer Relationship Manager tools to support program execution through communication rhythms, sales tracking, and reporting.

  • Prepare proposals, presentations and relationship building plans for senior leaders that align with Broadview's strategic growth initiatives.

  • Forecast and report on revenue performance of Business Development partnerships to support budgeting and forecasting.

  • Serve as the primary relationship manager, triaging escalations and ensuring high satisfaction and retention across assigned partnerships.

  • Collaborate with internal partners to deliver relationship-specific benefits and fulfill client needs across Broadview service channels.

Minimum Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant relationship management or business development experience.

  • Strong understanding of Broadview products, services, and operational areas.

  • Proven success implementing memberexperience initiatives and executing organizational strategies.

  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills, with the ability to influence and build credibility across all levels.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver consistent, highquality results with limited oversight.

  • Collaborative, consultative style with a track record of building effective internal and external partnerships.

  • High degree of business acumen and comfort navigating complex client needs across product lines.

  • Strong technical aptitude, including advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and general systems understanding to support operational efficiency.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism; bondable and holds a valid driver's license.

Starting Compensation: $72,182-$88,423 annually, plus a competitive benefits package.
