Overview

Geosyntec has an exciting opportunity for a limited-term High School Administrative Intern to assist our Corporate Legal Team with administrative tasks during the summer of 2026. In this role you will work up to 20 hours per week, three days per week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays) for 8 or weeks beginning June, 2026. At the company's discretion this position can be performed remotely from your home in the Lansing, Saginaw, and Flint, MI area supporting our Corporate operations in Boca Raton, FL, Oakland, CA and throughout the U.S.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Electronic file management of the company contract library.
  • Reviewing executed contracts and completing data entry into file management system (Agiloft).
  • Uploading documents for storage.
  • Other administrative tasks as needed.


Education and Licensure

  • A current high school student in their senior year in good academic standing and graduating with a high school diploma in May, 2026.


Skills, Experience and Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Outlook or experience with other email software such as Gmail. (required)
  • Experience with Microsoft Word. (required)
  • Experience with video conferencing via Zoom, Microsoft Teams or equivalent video conferencing software. (required)
  • Ability to work 20 hours per week during Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday beginning June, 2026 for 13-15 weeks. (required)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (required)
  • Must be detail oriented with a high level of accuracy. (required)
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions. (required)
  • Ability to accurately complete tasks within established times. (required)
