ABOUT THE ROLE:

At Ace Precision, we manufacture mission-critical components for the aerospace industry-where precision, responsiveness, and reliability matter every day. As a Customer Service Support Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting our customers and internal teams by ensuring accurate, timely order management and communication. WHAT YOU WILL DO:



  • Gather, review, and organize all documentation related to new and existing customer orders
  • Process orders, RMAs, credit memos, and miscellaneous charges accurately within the ERP system
  • Manage order entry, acknowledgements, and performance metrics across customer portals and internal systems
  • Download, analyze, and update Excel data to track forecasts and communicate order changes
  • Partner with sales, shipping, and customer support teams to resolve order issues, including status updates, availability, and contract questions
  • Adapt to customer-specific requirements such as portal usage, communication expectations, and order workflows
  • Review customer contracts to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improved efficiency or profitability
  • Monitor customer scorecards, reconcile discrepancies, and report on performance metrics
  • Identify and support improvements to order management processes and tools
  • Contribute to team success by supporting additional tasks and initiatives as needed



WHAT YOU'LL BRING:



  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay highly organized
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Reliability and commitment to meeting attendance and performance expectations
