Salary: $40.80-45.33 Hourly up to $45.33/hr
We are looking for a Demand Planner for a 7-month hybrid engagement in Beaverton, OR. We're seeking a highly skilled individual to play a pivotal role in optimizing product flow and market responsiveness. In this position, you'll be at the forefront of anticipating consumer demand, directly influencing product availability, and contributing significantly to business profitability and customer satisfaction on a global scale. Responsibilities
* Utilize advanced forecasting and analytical techniques to predict consumer demand and market trends with high accuracy.
* Develop comprehensive product demand plans for assigned categories, directly impacting forecast accuracy and overall business profitability.
* Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship within the demand planning function, fostering growth and best practices.
* Generate and integrate short-term forecasts for internal operations, incorporating replenishment data, customer insights, sales promotions, marketing strategies, and product lifecycle changes.
* Apply statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making tools to validate initial seasonal product plans across various categories.
* Document processes, communicate insights effectively, and ensure timely information flow.
* Analyze internal demand streams, categorizing patterns to inform strategic planning.
* Leverage statistical techniques, business objectives, causal factors, external market intelligence, and sell-through analysis to produce highly accurate global forecasts. Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of directly relevant work experience in demand planning or a related analytical role.
* Alternatively, the following combinations of education and experience will be considered:
* PhD or Law Degree + 3 years of relevant experience
* Master's Degree + 4 years of relevant experience
* Associate's Degree + 6 years of relevant experience
* High School Diploma + 7 years of relevant experience
* Proven expertise in advanced forecasting and statistical analysis techniques.
* Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
