Duration: 6mo C2H Location/Work Environment: Hybrid (m/f remote; tues-thurs in office) in Woburn, MA MUST HAVES: * 8+ years experience * Strong experience in ETL development using ODI, data mapping, and data integration. * Hands-on expertise with Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) and Power BI. * Solid understanding of database design principles, data modeling, and administration. * Strong SQL skills and experience with transactional and data warehouse systems. NICE TO HAVE: * Proficiency with Microsoft Azure services (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, SQL Database) is an added advantage. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: * Develop, maintain, and optimize ETL processes that align with project-specific and enterprise data integration requirements. * Design, develop, test, and document ETL programs and workflows. * Perform data mapping from transactional applications (source) to data warehouses (target). * Develop and maintain logical and physical data models using enterprise standards and best practices. * Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support business analytics. * Develop, configure, and maintain analytics solutions using Oracle Analytics Server (OAS). * Utilize Microsoft Azure services (Data Factory, Synapse, SQL Database) for ETL processes and data integration. * Perform data integrity checks, validations, and ensure performance of data structures. * Document all processes and manage source code control using standard tools. * Stay current with technology trends, tools, and best practices in analytics, ETL, and cloud data solutions. * Provide training and support to stakeholders on analytics tools and dashboards. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Woburn, MA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $74.56 - $74.56/hr.
