Description
It is not the marble in the lobby or the view from the 34th floor that defines what this property becomes. It is the people who show up every day ready to deliver on the promise of it. The right ones, in the right roles, with the right culture wrapped around them from day one. That is your domain. And we need the best. This is a builder's role. A fixer's role. A roll up your sleeves, get into the room, figure it out, and get it done role. You will be recruiting while onboarding. Negotiating while training. Building culture while navigating compliance. Partnering with corporate HR while running point on the ground. All of it, at the same time, under the pressure of one of the most watched property openings in Chicago's history. You are in the building. You partner with the GM, the department heads, and corporate HR from the middle of the work itself. You have at least ten years of progressive HR experience with a minimum of five in a senior leadership role within gaming or hospitality, specifically in casino openings. You have done hard things in hard environments and you are better for it. You are not looking for a comfortable next step. You are looking for the role that asks everything of you because you know that is where you do your best work. What You Will Own:
We are built on grit, fueled by heart and defined by a relentless commitment to service excellence. If you have been waiting for the opportunity that rises to the level of your ambition, this is it. Range: $175k-200k Full job description available upon request. Education
