Client Service Professional * Start Date:* June 1, 2026 * Location:* Phoenix, AZ 85020 * Work Model:* In Office * Shift:* Monday-Friday; 8 hour shifts fall between 5:30 AM - 8:00 PM (most common: 8-5, 9-6, or 10-7) Role Overview * Handle inbound calls supporting Level 1 banking inquiries, primarily deposit accounts and debit card support * Assist customers with basic account questions, transactions, and online/mobile banking navigation * Deliver calm, professional, and empathetic service while following compliance and security procedures Qualifications * Backgrounds in customer service, retail, hospitality, call centers, or banking preferred * Strong communication skills and professional call presence * Reliable attendance and comfort working in a structured, onsite environment * Coachable mindset with a desire to learn and grow This role offers structured training, supportive leadership, and long-term growth potential for individuals eager to succeed in a professional, people-first call center environment. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Phoenix, AZ 85021. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
