Physician - Emergency Medicine

Description

Located on the picturesque Maine Coast line, Pen Bay Hospital is seeking a BC/BE Emergency Medicine Physician to join its expanding medical staff. Our Emergency Medicine Department currently has six Physicians and two Advanced Practice Providers. We have a newly renovated Emergency department, which has private patient rooms, two of which are state of the art trauma rooms. We also have dedicated spaces for patients in psychiatric crisis. Our department partners with LifeFlight of Maine for emergency patient transport when needed. Join a collaborative fast-paced team with excellent support staff.

Desired Qualifications & Experience

* Education/Training:

Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency or fellowship program in the relevant specialty, or equivalent.

* Licenses/Certifications:

Eligible for licensure in the State of Maine.

Board-certified or board-eligible in Emergency Medicine.

Ability to obtain and maintain credentialing and privileges at designated hospital locations.
