Responsible for balancing Construction-to-Permanent closing disclosures, sending initial and final disclosures, inputting and validating borrower and loan information to insure a compliant loan is closed on all construction-perm and renovation loan products. Also responsible for initiating funding approval and delivering funds. Other duties as assigned.Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities: * Close Construction-to-Permanent loans in a timely manner in accordance with the Company and investor requirements. * Review and approve title commitments and insurance policies. * Review the initial loan estimate in comparison to the initial closing disclosure ensuring that all documents meet TRID (TILA RESPA Integrated Disclosure) requirements. * Review and reconcile Construction-to-Permanent closing disclosure with closing agent to ensure all fees are accurate. * Review all prior to funding conditions for accuracy. * Request funds for delivery via wire to the closing agent. * Ensure appropriate construction/renovation figures are showing on closing documents. Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies: * The individual must be able to focus in an open and fast-paced environment, have high degree of accuracy and be able to work well under pressure * The individual must have strong communication skills and be able to develop relationships with co-workers, attorneys, and title companies. * Must be able to prioritize, follow instructions, take direction from others and work well alone or in a group. * Must be familiar with general mortgage terms and have an understanding of the documents required in the processing and closing of mortgage loans. * This position requires strong organizational and communication skills. Industry and Work Experience: * Minimum of 2 years Mortgage experience.
