Records and maintains control of all inventory items purchased and produced. Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures.


PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Ability to stand and walk up to entire 8hr shift
  • Ability to walk up/down a flight of stairs multiple times during the shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Receive and stock on the shelf incoming material accurately and following company procedures
  • Issue and deliver stock from storage to production accurately and following company procedures
  • Ability to perform accurate data entry from handwritten material requisition tickets
  • Ability to accurately record and count small parts
  • Ability to effectively communicate in a loud shop floor environment
  • Ability to follow a material delivery schedule with minimum supervision


  • Maintains an accurate, up-to-date inventory control system and tracks order file posting sales, receipts, lost sales and other transactions daily


  • Candidate within the six months from the starting date will be required to master all inventory department duties such as Shipping/Receiving parts, Operating inventory Stores, Water spider, and participate in rotation within the department
  • Employee must be able to wear the required PPE (Earplugs, safety glasses, safety shoes) throughout their shift when on the production floor
  • Must demonstrate excellent organizational skills


  • Participate in cycle counting, 5S and Lean initiatives
  • Performs other related duties as assigned


EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:



  • Must be a high school graduate or have a GED
  • 3 to 5 years of material handling experience preferred

The salary range for this position reflects a broad spectrum of experience levels. Individual compensation within the range is determined by multiple factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, job related skills, internal equity, and market conditions. We evaluate each candidate individually to ensure fair and competitive pay decisions.


Due to government regulation only US persons (U.S. citizen, U.S. naturalized citizen, U.S. permanent resident, holder of U.S. approved political asylee or refugee status) may be considered for this role.
