Reporting into the Chief Operating Officer (COO) organization, you will act as the "Chief Enablement Officer" and lead strategic advisor to the Sales Leaders (SVP level) for businesses across Regulated Industries and Canada. You will own the end-to-end enablement roadmap to accelerate talent development, refine GTM execution, and drive revenue growth across both organizations. Responsibilities:
  • Designs and ensures the execution and deployment of theend-to-end Enablement strategy, plans, calendar and agendafor the Enterprise and Commercial Sales Organizations.
  • Analyzes and interprets keysales metrics, to identify gaps & define the most relevant Enablement programs required to impact business metrics.
  • Understands Sales Industry and GTM approach and uses knowledge to build credibility and trust with Sales Leaders.
  • Demonstratesthought leadership and expertisein latest enablement trends, tools, programs and technologies.
  • As an activeBusiness Partner, the EBP engagesstakeholderscross-functionally to design and deliver an aligned Enablement plan.
  • Architects Learning experiences and solutionsto help sellers with what they need to know and do to have great customer conversations.
  • Partners closely with the Sales Strategy, Sales Programs and Marketing todrive an integrated enablement annual and quarterly plan.
Required Skills/Experience:
  • Demonstrated ability to design enablement strategies and oversee the executionof learning solutions to drive outcomeswith ability to work closely with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Analytical skill setto drive insights from data to measure the impact of enablement programs at scale
  • Strongexecutive communication, collaboration and influencingskills at a senior level
  • 7+ years combined experiencein Sales and Sales Enablement function with experience withallSales roles and Sales activities,
  • Proven track record ofexecutional excellence
Preferred Skills/Experience:
  • Understanding of industry Go-To-Market motions
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; Masters Degree or degree in Learning Architecting or Instructional Design a plus

The typical base salary range for this position is $117,400 - $177,600 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range for this role is $140,900 - $193,700 annually. The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
