Associate Portfolio Planning Manager II - Commercial Projectors

The Associate Portfolio Planning Manager II plays a critical role in supporting the strategic planning and performance management of Epson's commercial projector portfolio. This position is responsible for driving business planning, forecasting, and analytical insights that inform product and portfolio decisions. Working closely with product management, sales, finance, and global teams, this role ensures alignment across the organization to optimize revenue, profitability, and market share.

The position requires strong business acumen, technical expertise, entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional and global teams.

The position is based out of Epson America's headquarters in Los Alamitos, CA with the opportunity for a hybrid schedule.

What You Will Do

  • Support the development and ongoing management of quarterly forecasts, annual business plans, and mid-term strategic plans
  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, seas
  • onality, promotional effectiveness, and competitive activity to provide actionable business insights
  • Develop detailed portfolio plans, including assumptions related to product mix, unit volumes, revenue, pricing, promotions, and channel strategy
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly sales performance reports, identifying variances to plan, key drivers, and business impacts
  • Assist in improving forecasting processes and tools to enhance accuracy and business alignment
  • Coordinate cross-functional planning activities, including key meetings, deliverables, and business planning timelines
  • Support the development of executive-level presentations that clearly communicate business performance, risks, and opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze product management budgets in partnership with finance, providing regular updates and summaries
  • Collaborate with product management, sales, sales operations, supply chain, finance, and global headquarters teams to ensure alignment on business plans and forecasts
  • Contribute to business model analysis aimed at maximizing profitability and market share
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships across internal teams and with global stakeholders to drive continuous improvement

Skills & Experience

  • 5-8 years of experience in business planning, product management, financial analysis, or related roles
  • Experience in the technology, consumer electronics, or related industry preferred
  • Experience working in cross-functional and multicultural environments; experience interacting with global or corporate headquarters teams is highly desirable
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, data modeling, and business performance analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience supporting business planning processes such as forecasting, annual planning, and long-range planning
  • Ability to synthesize data into meaningful insights and executive-level presentations
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (B.A. or B.S.)

The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $113,563 and $141,955. Please note that this position's salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
