We have immediate per diem (PRN) shifts available for the following position: PACU CNA / Nurse Assistant in Santa Barbara, CA.

Requirements:

  • Required Certifications: BLS
  • Required Skills: Call lights,Cleaning of equipment,Crutches,Hospital beds/Specialty Beds,Inventory/disposition of belongings,Isolation Precautions/PPE,Lifting and pulling proper body mechanics,Measure/record weight,Normal Vital signs parameters (Adult and Pedi),Obtain 12 lead EKG/ECG,Obtain Blood pressure, including orthostatic,Obtain Temperature (oral, rectal, axillary, Tympanic),Bedpan / urinal,Bedside commode,Donning and removing PPE,Electronic vital sign equipment,Hoyer lift,Limb restrictions,NPO status,Obtain patient Respirations,Obtain pulse (radial),Oxygen tanks,Pulse Oximetry,Reporting change in patient condition,Safe patient transfers,Sequential Compression Device,Stock Supplies,Turning /repositioning,Turning and positioning patient,Urine collection,Urine output measures and records,Wheelchair
