This role requires you to be onsite 3 days a week in Hoboken, NJ.

You'll be part of a rapidly growing business unit, working with industry experts to shape the future of retail media.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Account Strategist. You will play a pivotal role in fostering advertising partnerships and driving significant revenue growth. In this exciting position, you will directly influence the success of our advertising solutions, working cross-functionally to deliver conversion-driven and brand-building results for our partners. Your strategic insights and hands-on execution will make a tangible impact on both our partners' business objectives and our continued expansion in the digital advertising space.

**What You'll Do:**

* Manage and optimize supplier advertising campaigns and associated revenues.

* Develop strategic campaign recommendations based on a deep understanding of supplier business goals and marketing objectives.

* Lead the end-to-end creative process, coordinating between suppliers and our internal creative team.

* Manage agency proposal templates and ensure accurate tagging.

* Collaborate closely with campaign management teams on campaign activation, trafficking, and optimization efforts.

* Maintain frequent and clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders regarding campaign performance and updates.

* Partner with Measurement & Analytics to ensure the accuracy and integrity of reporting.

* Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support supplier strategies and drive incremental revenue.

* Support monthly campaign billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

* Work cross-functionally within the business unit and with internal merchandising teams to achieve strong results for suppliers.

* Mentor Senior Campaign Managers and junior associates, fostering their professional growth.

* Collaborate with Sales professionals to develop proposals, evaluate deals, manage revisions, and ensure follow-up.

* Contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews and Joint Business Partnerships.

* Cultivate strong client relationships, manage day-to-day business, and identify opportunities for additional revenue beyond initial contracts.

* Lead campaign kick-offs and performance discussions with clients.

* Offer technical guidance on campaign specifications and facilitate troubleshooting and conflict resolution.

* Achieve all role-specific accountability metrics and goals.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Four-year college degree.

* Proven ability to lead day-to-day client relationships and collaborate effectively with management and multifunctional teams to address supplier needs.

* Experience in developing comprehensive media plan recommendations.

* Exceptional follow-through and a proactive approach to ensuring accountability across teams.

* Meticulously detail-oriented project management skills, crucial for strengthening supplier relationships and their investment in our advertising solutions.

* Familiarity with analytics, advertising data/tech, and data management platform (DMP) technologies, coupled with strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.

* Resourceful and adaptable, capable of navigating a large organization within a nimble and fast-paced environment.

* A strong desire to be both a key individual contributor and a collaborative team player.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation abilities, and expertise in cross-company and partner collaboration.

* Ability to work proactively under pressure and manage multiple ad hoc requests effectively.

* Comfortable escalating and presenting key issues to management.

* Possesses both tactical and strategic thinking capabilities to influence supplier investment in our media and advertising offerings.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $49.00/hr to $54.00/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
