**Responsibilities:**

* Collaborate on the creation of compelling product strategies for a diverse collection of product initiatives within immersive consumer environments.

* Conduct thorough market research, synthesize findings, and gather essential input from key stakeholders to prepare impactful presentations, briefs, and recaps for critical project milestones.

* Analyze product performance and market trends to identify successful strategies and continuously refine product lines for optimal consumer appeal.

* Facilitate the accurate and timely setup of all item information within global systems, ensuring seamless integration across various distribution channels.

* Actively participate in cross-functional team meetings, contributing to effective communication flow and ensuring alignment across departments.

* Coordinate product samples among internal and external partners, meticulously organizing setups for engaging product showcases.

* Maintain and update the Product Lifecycle Management system, ensuring data integrity and efficient workflow throughout the product development cycle.

* Contribute to team projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to supporting broader team objectives.

* Demonstrated passion for consumer and product trends, with an eagerness to stay ahead of the curve.

* Proficiency in managing and updating information within a Product Lifecycle Management system or similar database tools.

* Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail, crucial for managing complex product information and project timelines.

* A strong communicator, capable of effectively interacting with diverse internal and external stakeholders.

* A strategic vision with an innate eye for compelling product design and market potential.

* Ability to research, organize findings, and prepare professional presentation materials.

* Experience coordinating logistics, such as samples and event setups.

* A commitment to professional growth and contributing to an inclusive environment.

**Nice-to-Have:**

* A Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) is preferred.

* 2-3 years of experience in product merchandising or a related field, ideally within a creative or themed entertainment environment.

* Prior experience with similar Product Lifecycle Management tools.
