About the Team

The Salesforce Innovation Center (SIC) at Events team brings the Executive Meeting Suite to life at Salesforce's strategic events, including AMER Agentforce World Tours, TrailblazerDX, Tableau Conference, Connections, and flagship events such as Dreamforce. The team drives high-value executive engagements at these events by connecting our Salesforce leaders and account teams with customers and partners to build trusted relationships and drive deal momentum and meaningful business outcomes for both sides.

About the Role

The SIC meeting owners align Salesforce executives as well as product and industry experts to lead discussions with customers and partners alongside our account teams. Execs and experts who staff our meetings are known as Discussion Leaders. The Discussion Leader Engagement at Events Associate Program Manager work is a combination of program management, stakeholder alignment, and executive engagement. This work underpins our ability to drive demand for and complete 5K+ meetings at events each year by building efficient and effective infrastructure for aligning Discussion Leaders and trusted relationships with our product teams without whom we could not staff meetings at events. This role also is a critical meeting delivery resource, completing 200+ meetings, while also "triaging/saving" 100s of meetings through expert knowledge of the full bench and relationships with product teams.

Responsibilities
  • Work with Product Champions across clouds to identify bench of speakers for each events and the processes, tools, and reporting needed to align the best possible Discussion Leader for each meeting
  • Develop the processes and tools for meeting owners to request Discussion Leader support for their meetings
  • Keep abreast of changes in product offerings and org alignments, updating processes and documentation to reflect Salesforce product priorities
  • Stay informed with personnel changes, updating processes and documentation to reflect changing Salesforce product teams
  • Do 1:1 triage for hard to fill requests to ensure no meeting goes with out a Discussion Leader and meetings do not fall out because they could not be aligned
  • Conduct audits to ensure all meeting agenda items are being tracked and tracked accurately and engage meeting delivery team to fix omissions and errors
  • Conduct audits to make sure all Discussion Leader requests are being actioned by Champions and meet with champions to resolve unmet SLAs
  • Regularly request and action feedback from Product Champions on our collaborative processes, tools, comms and enablement to ensure we retain their support for aligning DLs to meetings
  • Regularly request and action feedback from meeting owners to ensure we are working with maximum efficiency and effectiveness
  • Complete up to 150+ meetings annually on top of PM work above
  • Travel to approximately 6 events per year to staff the Executive Meeting Suite, and embody executive-level professionalism in every customer and partner interaction.
Requirements
  • Experienced. 3-5+ years of experience in Meeting and/or Event Coordination, Executive Briefing Programs, Field Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Customer Centric. Brings a customer-first mindset to working with internal and external stakeholders, with strong attention to detail across every aspect of the customer experience.
  • Data Driven. Ability to pull data from Salesforce systems to report out to stakeholders and to analyze it to provide insights that lead to actions to continuously improve the program.
  • Detail Oriented. Able to review large lists and reports and spot trends and inconsistencies that might need to be addressed. Able to manage a large meeting queue and ensure all details are buttoned up and all app rigor steps completed.
  • Excellent Communicator. Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams and engages confidently with executive customers and stakeholders. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of partners.
  • Execution Focused. Able to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and programs independently. Strong time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Executive Presence. Demonstrates polished, professional demeanor in high-stakes, customer-facing settings; comfortable engaging and hosting C-suite executives and senior leaders with confidence and poise.
Preferred Skills
  • Deep Knowledge of Salesforce Products and the people who can speak to them compellingly to customers and partners preferred.
  • Tech tools: familiarity with tools used by Product, Sales, and Marketing teams at Salesforce including Salesforce CRM, Slack, Slackbot, and Tableau

The typical base salary range for this position is $94,000 - $142,300 annually.
