Position Overview:

The work can be conducted remotely or on-site at the Bethesda or Washington, DC Offices.

This position requires candidates to be able to obtain and maintain a Tier 4 Public trust government clearance which entails completing a criminal background check, credit check, employment verification, as well as a drug screen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track ISBS income and expenditures over multiple accounts
  • Track if funds are available or not
  • Assist in estimating burn rates for the different accounting lines
  • Maintain a close working relationship with ISBS leadership at multiple levels

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of specialized experience managing and performing responsibilities associated with a financial and budget administration system.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Demonstrated attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Coordination of work activities with internal and external groups.
  • Ability to interact professionally with representatives, executives, and directors.
  • Ability to interact with representatives, executives, and directors.
