Eligibility for individual benefit plans may vary based on employment status. Join a technically driven engineering organization supporting gas turbine engine repair and production. In this role, you'll take ownership of processes, components, and improvement projects that directly impact quality, cost, delivery, and customer performance. You'll collaborate closely with operations, quality, and fellow engineers while applying Lean methodologies and structured problemsolving to bring new repair technologies and process improvements into production. The salary range for this position reflects a broad spectrum of experience levels. Individual compensation within the range is determined by multiple factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, job related skills, internal equity, and market conditions.
