• The University of Kansas Health System St. Francis Campus, a part of a rich legacy of compassionate care since 1909, now offers 378 licensed beds, a history of innovation, and strong community support.

• This position involves the coordination of clinical management, skills assessment and clinical training of KU St. Francis Medical Group staff and patients across the entire continuum of care.
• Manages and coordinates the quality and pay for performance clinical initiatives and key performance indicators of the medical group.
• Serves as a liaison between leadership and the clinics to assisting manager and providers in driving operational performance and improvement initiatives.
• Acts as a clinical resource and a role model for all clinics.
• Collaborates in the development and delivery of care for the University of Kansas Health System St. Francis Medical Group.

Job Requirements:

• Current RN license,

• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

• 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience.

• Proven ability to follow protocol specific care delivery

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Interdisciplinary teamwork experience.
• Experience in clinical quality in a medical group setting
• Experience in working with pay for performance metrics in the clinic setting
