About the Role

Elevate your career at the intersection of finance and technology. We are seeking a data-driven Digital Marketer to join our global team, supporting high-impact commercial campaigns for Goldman Sachs Asset Management. In this role, you will architect multi-channel, B2B journeys that connect financial professionals with our market-leading insights. You will collaborate with product, strategy, and sales partners to engage and service clients effectively through a compelling digital experience.

Team & Impact

Join a high-growth marketing organization where your work directly influences the firm's commercial success. You will be an integral part of a cross-functional ecosystem, collaborating with Creative, Analytics, Engineering, and Paid Media teams. This is a role designed for a builder-someone who wants to execute innovative campaign plans, leverage cutting-edge marketing technology, and deliver tangible revenue impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate Integrated Campaigns: Execute end-to-end marketing strategies for ETFs, alternatives, and portfolio solutions, aligning with sales objectives to drive measurable revenue growth.
  • Omni-Channel Excellence: Master the digital ecosystem by coordinating web, email, social, and search strategies. You will guide clients through the funnel on am.gs.com, transforming passive interest into sales-ready engagement.
  • Data-Driven Targeting: Partner with database and insights teams to build precision-targeted audiences. Use behavioral data to identify high-potential prospects and create nurture tracks for their specific investment needs.
  • Content Strategy & Innovation: Collaborate with market and product strategists to manage a dynamic content calendar. You will ensure our digital channels deliver insightful, engaging content that establishes thought leadership and drives visibility.
  • Performance Analytics: Define and track KPIs, utilizing data to tell a story of campaign success. You will lead the "test and learn" philosophy, driving continuous optimization to maximize ROI.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: 1-3 years in digital marketing. Experience in Asset Management or Fintech is a plus, but an interest in financial markets is essential.
  • Execution: A proven track record of managing multi-faceted projects or creative agency workstreams with precision.
  • Agility: An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM systems, or analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce, Marketo) is highly preferred.
  • Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously.
