Superintendent of Schools 

The Valley Grove School District is now accepting applications for the position of Superintendent of Schools.

Applicants must possess a valid Pennsylvania Superintendent Letter of Eligibility.

The Valley Grove School District is a member of Riverview Intermediate Unit 6 and is located in Venango County in Franklin, Pennsylvania. The district educates approximately 825 students in one elementary school and one junior-senior high school. The mission of the Valley Grove School District in partnership with the community is to provide the opportunity for each student to obtain a comprehensive and quality education.

This search is being conducted by the Valley Grove School District Board of Directors. Interested candidates must submit a cover letter, résumé, current clearances, transcripts and three letters of recommendation. Applications are due on or before April 20, 2026 with the successful candidate to have a preferred start date of July 1, 2026. The salary is negotiable and competitive, based on education and experience.
