About the role:

You will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor throughout implementation and ongoing engagement. This role focuses on driving client satisfaction, executing account plans, and identifying opportunities for revenue growth through cross-selling, renewals, and new solutions.

Strong communication skills are essential, including the ability to engage executive and C-suite stakeholders. Candidates should bring a solid understanding of payments, financial services, or related industries, demonstrate strong problem-solving and organizational skills, and be comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a flexible, client-focused environment.

What you'll own:

  • Identify and drive revenue growth opportunities, including cross-sell, upsell, and contract renewals.
  • Conduct client business reviews and sales presentations focused on long-term, strategic partnership value, including pitching solutions to C-suite and executive stakeholders when required.
  • Collaborate with delivery and service teams to ensure effective, timely, and contract-compliant service delivery and project completion.
  • Lead sales efforts for incremental revenue and coordinate with internal product teams on new product or service opportunities.
  • Stay updated on new and existing Worldpay products/services and industry trends.

Worldpay is dedicated to offering individuals rewarding career opportunities and competitive compensation. For this full-time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $79,400.00-$116,975.00. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role's responsibilities, level, and geographic location. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate's experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Please note that changes in work location may impact the final offered salary. We encourage you to consult with your recruiter to confirm the budget for your location and to better understand the applicable pay scale.
