Manager, Brand Partnerships

Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Brand Partnerships, the Manager leads creative campaign + content development and brand comms agendas across the specific Portfolio. This role will oversee multiple brand workstreams and build world-class marketing initiatives by fostering deep brand team and cross-functional relationships, setting a strong cultural tone, and driving financial and operational rigor. The Manager mentors junior team members and plays a key role in shaping the Studio's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities



  • Serve as the primary day-to-day lead for major brand clients, owning relationships and ensuring consistent creative excellence.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration, aligning stakeholders across creative, strategy, production, and media.
  • Shape vision, tone, and pace, ensuring campaigns deliver against brand and business objectives.
  • Manage budgets and timelines at a portfolio level, ensuring both project-level efficiency and Studio-wide financial health.
  • Guide presentations, oversee production readiness, and ensure seamless delivery of assets.
  • Contribute to building and sustaining a culture of trust, transparency, and creative bravery across teams.
  • Mentor and manage junior account team members (L9s and L8s), fostering professional growth and strong performance.
  • Partner with the Director to identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen client relationships, and expand Studio capabilities.


Key Skills and Experience



  • 7 - 10 years of experience in creative agency account management or brand management equivalent.
  • Proven track record of building and executing world-class campaigns.
  • Strong experience in execution, relationship building, running integrated teams and financial management, across multiple projects at once.
  • Exceptional ability to lead teams, align stakeholders, and inspire collaboration.
  • Skilled at balancing detail orientation with strategic and creative oversight.
  • Strong mentorship and culture-building capabilities.


Period



  • Immediate start
  • 1-month trial, but the intention is an 8-month period.
