As part of Infor's Hardware Operations function, the Order Entry Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer orders, supporting both internal sales teams and external customers. This role demands precision, speed, and a deep understanding of order lifecycle processes within a dynamic, enterprise-level system. A Day in The Life Typically Includes: Accurately enter and validate sales orders in compliance with company policies and contractual agreements. Monitor order queues and proactively resolve any data discrepancies or processing issues. Partner with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure order accuracy and completeness. Maintain up-to-date records and documentation for audit readiness and reporting purposes. Respond promptly to internal and external order-related inquiries with a customer-first mindset. Assist with process improvements and system enhancement initiatives related to order processing. Basic Qualifications: Experience in order entry, customer service, or sales support in a technology or SaaS environment. Experience enterprise software systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Attention to detail, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future.
