Position: Business Development Manager

Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 + Commission

Location: Norton, MA | Travel: Up to 50%

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive business development, account growth, and customer engagement across key industries including aerospace, defense, automotive, and semiconductor markets. This role combines technical expertise and consultative sales to deliver solutions and expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Drive new business development by prospecting, qualifying, and closing new accounts.
  • Manage and grow key customer accounts, building long-term strategic relationships.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and collaborate with engineering, operations, and quality teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and present technical proposals and quotations, overcoming objections to close deals.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting using CRM systems.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, customer visits, and virtual presentations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Support strategic planning initiatives, including forecasts and growth strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company procedures.



Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Materials Science.
  • Minimum 3+ years of technical sales or customer-facing experience.
  • Experience selling into aerospace, defense, semiconductor, or automotive industries preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50%.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
