Description

Purpose of Role
Produces payroll in compliance with various laws and regulations

Key Accountabilities Include
* Ensure accurate and timely payroll activities
* Ensure payroll is compliant with company policies, procedures, and federal/state/local regulations
* Ensure timely and accurate resolution to time & attendance system, payroll, and end user issues
* Support achievement of Payroll's goals and KPIs
* Support accurate time off balance
* Ensure quality of the data stored in Payroll systems

Primary Responsibilities Include
* Process regular biweekly payroll, and review, and approve time off balances
* Update/import/verify employee information in time and attendance system, 401(k) Plan Sponsor website, and HRIS system
* Responsible for new employee tax process from first day through first payroll check
* Run exception and UKG reports and review payroll system dashboard
* Responsible for temp invoices and reporting
* Complete VOE requests, BLS reporting, and new hire reporting
* Run reports in UKG to prepare, file, and request payment for worker's comp

Qualifications
Ideal
* Experience with adopting new technology
* Progressive experience with time & attendance system
* Progressive experience with HRIS/Payroll system
* Proficient with Microsoft products
* Progressive experience with multi-state payroll processing

Preferred
* 1+ years experience of multi-state payroll processing
* UKG Pro payroll processing
* Experience as Talent Management System Admin

Compensation
* The hiring range for this position is $26.84 - 34.24/hr + bonus. This is the hiring range and does not include the value of benefits. The hiring range does not reflect total earning potential over time.
* Final offers within the posted compensation range are based on qualifications, skills and experience required for the role.
