Description One of TEKsystems' clients, an enterprise organization headquartered in Birmingham, is looking for a Jr. Level Project Manager to join their team. The Project Manager will be initially responsible for project managing several in-flight/existing projects and drive those projects to completion. As additional projects arise within the specific line of business this person will be supporting, the PM will manage the entire project lifecycle. The primary duties are to build and maintain the project plan, stakeholder management (internal and external to the company) and drive projects within budget and scope, etc. Also, this candidate will need to provide reports and updates to management and internal IT leadership. The projects will primarily involve technology implementations to include E-Commerce website, implementing AI features within Oracle, POS.... Experience project managing these projects are not required, but could be beneficial. Ultimately, we need someone who can handle a heavy load of projects with internal and external (offshore) resources.
