Job Description * Responsible for completing the patient registration process for dental services by collecting demographic information, determining appropriate fees and collection of payment. * Function as liaison between dental students and patients. * The main tasks will be accepting referrals, scheduling appointments, verifying dental codes and confirming appointments. Skills patient scheduling, Microsoft office, medical scheduling Qualifications * Two (2) years experience in a health care setting * Two (2) years experience in customer service. * Medical Scheduling experience is required * Comfortable being on the phones * Good computer skills including the use of word processing and e-mail software. * Knowledge of Third Party Reimbursement required. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of St. Louis, MO. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.
