Job Summary

As part of the Integrated Talent Solutions (ITS) organization, the Manager, Strategic Sourcing leads and develops a global sourcing team and is accountable for the endtoend sourcing strategy. This role enables execution of the enterprise talent strategy within their domain and ensures sourcing outcomes align to evolving business needs.

As both a people leader and strategic business partner, the Manager, Strategic Sourcing embeds talent strategy into execution, drives consistent and effective delivery, and ensures sourcing decisions are informed by data and market insight. This role coaches and enables sourcers to apply the full range of talent levers in pipelining and decisionmaking, strengthening talent intelligence capability, fostering workforce agility, and ensuring talent outcomes directly support business priorities and longterm growth.

Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management



  • Lead, develop, and scale a centralized global strategic sourcing team
  • Partner with Senior Managers and Recruiters to embed talent insights into intake discussions and develop gotomarket sourcing strategies
  • Set and govern quality standards for labor market research, competitor analysis, and passive talent pipelines
  • Translate talent intelligence outputs into decisionready dashboards, playbooks, and intake guidance
  • Leverage talent market research to assess competitor threats and opportunities, talent supply and demand, diversity dynamics, and industry trends



Operational Excellence



  • Oversee delivery of integrated, proactive talent pipelines and promote an agile, insightdriven sourcing culture that supports justintime hiring needs
  • Manage and deliver against key metrics, including funnel health, conversion rates, and velocity to slate
  • Champion innovation in talent intelligence and sourcing practices, including adoption of AIenabled research tools, sourcing technologies, and automation



Stakeholder Influence & Partnership



  • Drive adoption of Talent Intelligence insights across the Integrated Talent Solutions ecosystem
  • Act as a proxy for the Director, Talent Intelligence in stakeholder forums, as needed
  • Communicate executivelevel insights clearly, translating aggregate data into actionable recommendations aligned to enterprise and businessspecific priorities

Qualifications


  • Experience managing a global talent acquisition team with deep specialization in strategic sourcing within a fastpaced, matrixed organization
  • Proven success sourcing hardtofill or niche roles across multiple levels and functions
  • Demonstrated experience building and executing sourcing strategies at scale

  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business goals, talent strategy, target markets, and workforce needs

  • Advisory Influence: Ability to influence hiring leaders, challenge assumptions, and guide decisions using data and insights

  • People Leadership: Proven ability to develop and inspire highperforming, consultative Talent Intelligence Advisors (TIAs)

  • Analytical & InsightDriven: Uses metrics not only for tracking performance, but to inform decisions, anticipate risks, and shape strategy

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:

Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 112,000 - 162,000 CAD / Annual

United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 118,000 - 176,000 USD / Annual

Poland - Warsaw Office WAO : 192,000 - 317,000 PLN / Annual

Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.

The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
