Genesis10 is currently seeking a Project Coordinator for a hybrid contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role will support a key Oracle GL Project by assisting project managers and teams to ensure effective communication and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for organizing project activities, tracking timelines and deliverables, capturing and distributing meeting minutes, and preparing dashboard and status reports. Responsibilities: Assist in the planning and scheduling of project tasks, meetings, and milestones Monitor project timelines and progress and report status updates to stakeholders Maintain project documentation including plans, reports, and action items Coordinate communication among team members, vendors, and other departments Track resource allocation, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with project goals Support issue resolution and help manage risks and dependencies Requirements: Experience in a project coordination or administrative support role Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Jira Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Understanding of project management principles and methodologies Experience with some form of ERP or similar large scale system implementation Desired skills: Previous Project Management experience Experience with Oracle implementation Familiarity with SMP/ServiceNow Pay rate up to $40.00 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
