Dollar Bank's Marketing Communications Department is seeking an energetic, thoughtful team member to assist in effectively and consistently conveying Dollar Bank's promotional and branding initiatives bank-wide and in the communities we serve. The Corporate Merchandising Officer will specifically manage supporting this effort within Dollar Bank's physical locations. Responsibilities will include project management and maintaining key communications between branches and the marketing department regarding brand and promotional messaging.

Qualifications:

*Associate degree or commensurate experience required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
*Minimum 5 (five) years' experience in banking or marketing
*Experience in a marketing or merchandising role strongly preferred.
*Must be organized, ambitious, creative, resourceful, highly detail-oriented and results-driven.
*Excellent customer service orientation and written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
*Able to effectively organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects at a time.
*Ability to effectively manage relationships and communication with key external vendors supporting merchandising projects.
*Ability to manage and monitor project budgets and expenses.
*Ability to manage significant workloads and shifting priorities.
*Ability to learn and adapt to new scheduling software for digital advertising.
*Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (candidate will be tested).
*Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle.

Principal Activities and Duties:

*Perform in-person visits to branch offices and corporate spaces to assess merchandising needs, brand presentation and overall appearance.
*Maintain detailed files of Dollar Bank locations including such information as features, measurements and photographs.
*Become primary contact for internal branch employees for merchandising/display needs. Develop and manage the communication of marketing plans for in branch displays via forms maintained and distributed to branch managers.
*Execute the distribution of marketing display materials and instructions to branch locations in all markets.
*Work with Marketing Product Management and Marketing Communications to develop and implement appropriate promotional displays based on market need.
*Research local and national on-site merchandising trends and track competitor merchandising implementations.
*Obtain estimates on merchandising design ideas, request purchase orders for capital expenditures, manage overall merchandising budgets for new construction, remodel and corporate projects.
*Work with internal Corporate Real Estate Services team to coordinate the installation of new displays in branch offices and corporate spaces.
*Coordinate exterior signage issues and requests with vendors and internal employees.
*Coordinate and schedule work with external vendors for upgrading branch drive-thrus to personal teller machines, managing the associated marketing budget for branding and signage.
*Coordinate remote scheduling and monitoring of content for digital assets including in-branch flatscreens, ATMs, LED signage, digital billboards and Regional Showcase screen located at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center in Pittsburgh, PA.
*Coordinate and manage exterior logo and building lighting displays at 20 Stanwix headquarters location.
*Assist in the research and commissioning of artwork and branding display needs for corporate spaces.
*Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with vendors regarding branch lobby music service.
*Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with vendors regarding equipment for digital displays as needed.
*Manage branch merchandising for refresh/remodel projects with external vendors, coordinating project goals, tasks, budgets and timelines.
*Maintain communications on project status with internal project management department as required.
*Continually monitor needs and propose new ideas for merchandising display and branch communication management.
*Manage and maintain Bynder digital asset system, uploading new assets, managing users and educating bank personnel in usage of templated materials.
*Manage the print-on-demand and warehoused marketing materials available to branches and departments through the Staples online ordering site.
*All employees have the responsibility and the accountability to serve as risk managers for their businesses by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing, and monitoring the risk they encounter daily as required by Dollar Bank's risk management program. Compliance with regulatory laws and company procedures is a required component of all position descriptions.
