Job Details: Program Manager Job Summary: Provide complex program management, business development, proposal, and negotiation leadership on Cubic Advanced Training Solution's Royal Australian Air Force, Royal Canadian Air Force, Qatar Boeing F-15, and USAF Combat Air Force Commercial Air Services P5CTS and KITS ACMI program portfolio. Responsible for managing multiple international and CONUS customer relationships and unique Cubic subsidiary requirements; DRS subcontractor deliveries, schedules, quality, plus their proposal inputs and successful program execution; a matrixed Cubic multi-disciplinary team for contracts, subcontracts, financial, and technical program compliance; plus, diverse stakeholder management for proposal and contract negotiation. This position works under limited supervision and direction, and the program manager regularly exercises substantial discretionary and decision-making authority. This position may require domestic travel (up to 15%). Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Minimum Job Requirements: Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years' experience; or equivalent experience.Experience with Air Combat Training Systems such as the US Air Force P5 Combat Training System is highly desirable. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point) is required. Proven ability to lead cross-functional program teams is required. Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing, make presentations and conduct negotiations with customers, subcontractors, and vendors is required. Requires knowledge of government procurement, contracting, and standards and specifications. Must have or be able to obtain a U.S. security clearance. Cubic Pay Range: $139,000.00 - $170,000.00 + benefits.The Cubic pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
