Responsible for supporting the corporate strategic development, implementation and management of the network of people and services that are in compliance with all legal requirements. Works within a matrix environment.

Responsible for the implementation and execution of Corporate Human Resources policies, programs and initiatives including but not limited to: Recruitment, Training and Development, Talent Management, Employee Relations, Compensation and Compliance

Act as a strategic business partner to ensure effective delivery of HR services in support of business objectives; responsibilities include organizational design/effectiveness, change management, employee relations, workforce planning, talent management, and performance management

Establish and maintain working relationships with key personnel and communicates with internal and external clients and executive management as needed

Oversee workforce planning for a specific LOB/region; ensure that employees are recruited, hired, compensated, promoted and terminated in accordance with company policy and labor regulations of each location

Ensure performance management programs and procedures, including performance appraisals and performance improvement plans are adhered to

Implement and execute employee relations programs / practices that create a positive organizational culture and enable management effectiveness that adhere to Corporate Guidelines; Manage employee complaint procedures and employee welfare programs

Identify employee training and development needs and partners with Corporate Human Resource Training and Development team to execute

Oversee implementation of consistent salary administration, compensation planning and bonus/incentive programs in adherence with Corporate Guidelines

Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations including EEO, Affirmative Action, ADA, FMLA, Vets-100, Immigration, Sexual Harassment, etc.

Monitor performance of direct reports; provide prompt and objective coaching and counseling; conduct performance reviews and determine salary increases

Identify and assign resources to meet business objectives; identify staff training needs

Assure effective communications are maintained within the unit and externally where appropriate, inform employees as to plans and progress; organize and conduct employee discussion sessions at regular intervals

Monitor unit turnover, productivity and overall performance to ensure adequate staffing and performance that meets department standards

Interview and hire open positions within the unit to ensure the most qualified candidates are selected

Performs all other duties as assigned

Job Specifications:

Typically has the following skills or abilities:

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience; Minimum of 3 additional years of experience related to functional area

Minimum of 6 years of management experience with responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work and managing performance of direct reports

Experience and knowledge of international HR laws/requirements

Comprehensive training and development background

Comprehensive knowledge of employment law

Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of HR Policy and Regulations in the key locations

Demonstrated ability to resolve complex employee relations issues

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Must be able to travel

Compensation range for the role is listed below. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Salary Ranges: $126,000.00 - $191,625.00
