Here's what we're looking for.

• 5+ years of CRM experience
• 3+ years administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• Experience customizing CRM forms, entities, and business workflows
• Experience managing system integrations with enterprise applications
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM configuration, security roles, and user access
• Customize CRM fields, entities, workflows, automation rules, and forms
• Manage CRM integrations with ERP, CPQ, and marketing systems
• Monitor and maintain data accuracy, deduplication, and system integrity
• Develop and maintain CRM dashboards, reports, and analytics
• Provide user support, troubleshooting, and training for internal teams
• Test and deploy system updates, enhancements, and new features
• Establish and maintain CRM governance, documentation, and best practices
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to improve processes
• Serve as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and external vendors
