These are the qualifications that matter.

• At least 4 years of relevant experience in supply chain, distribution, manufacturing, or a similar industry.
• Storeroom management experience required; purchasing experience preferred.
• SAP experience required(materials, purchasing, preventative maintenance, etc.).
• Previousteam leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Experience inmetals manufacturingis preferred but not required.
• Strong understanding ofP&L management and business operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily storeroom operations and integrated supply services for the customer.
• Supervise and lead onsite personnel, including Storeroom Attendants and Customer Service Representatives (2 direct reports).
• Ensure site performance meets financial goals, including managing and understanding Profit & Loss (P&L).
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure contractual commitments and KPIs are met.
• Travel between company sites as needed (10-25% domestic travel; expenses covered by the company).
