Summary: The Senior Data Analyst (Agile) leads complex data analysis efforts to support program evaluation, decision-making, and policy development.
Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
- Manages large, complex projects; develops research and evaluation plans; analyzes data; provides policy recommendations; writes technical reports and prepares and presents briefings to executive-level decision makers.
- Designs, develops, and executes models or analyses for large and/or complex programs or projects.
- An agile data analyst identifies and describes how data can be used in order to answer questions and solve problems.
- They will often explore legacy data sources to better understand them, potentially reverse engineering them if existing documentation isn't sufficient, as well as explore the details supporting stakeholder requirements.
Qualifications
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and stakeholder presentations.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Minimum Qualifications:
- MA/MS degree in behavioral science, operations research, mathematics, statistics, economics, engineering, or computer science field required.
- Minimum 10 years of demonstrated experience in Army Accessions is required.
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance if required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Any additional related certifications.
