We are seeking a Marketing Analytyics Lead to join a forward-thinking team dedicated to enhancing subscriber engagement and retention for a premier streaming service. In this pivotal role, you will leverage advanced analytics to uncover key insights, shape cross-channel strategies, and directly influence the success of marketing initiatives that reach a vast global audience. Your work will be instrumental in optimizing the customer journey, fostering loyalty, and ensuring a seamless, captivating experience for every subscriber.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead cross-functional coordination with data and analytics teams, translating business needs into clear reporting and analysis requirements, and supporting the development of self-service tools for marketing performance and ROI tracking.

* Provide advanced reporting, exploratory analyses, and ongoing monitoring of program performance to support daily engagement analytics needs.

* Analyze extensive marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights, informing and optimizing marketing strategies across all channels and lifecycle stages.

* Conduct comprehensive cohort and segmentation analyses, partnering with data science teams on predictive modeling to understand customer lifecycle stages and refine model validation.

* Collaborate closely with marketing, data analytics, and data science teams to develop and communicate a clear learning agenda and experimentation roadmap.

* Champion experimentation best practices across the marketing organization, ensuring robust test design, proper implementation, prioritization of opportunities, and identification of actionable next steps.

* Develop and provide data-driven recommendations for improving campaign effectiveness, targeting, messaging, and creative elements.

* Cultivate a deep understanding of audience capabilities and attribute definitions to support marketing and operations teams in delivering accurate and reliable insights for campaigns.

* Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing analytics to continuously enhance our capabilities.

* Support the automation of marketing campaigns, particularly email initiatives.

* Act as a key liaison between marketing and central analytics teams, ensuring seamless data flow and insight sharing.

* Focus on digital marketing analytics, with a strong emphasis on retention and engagement metrics.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

* 5+ years of dedicated data analytics experience in engagement, retention, and/or growth marketing.

* Proven expertise in manipulating large datasets, interpreting complex data trends, and leveraging SQL to extract insights from disparate data sources.

* Strong proficiency in data visualization best practices, with hands-on experience using leading tools to create compelling data stories.

* Deep practical experience with A/B testing, from designing experiments to interpreting results and translating findings into actionable strategies.

* Exceptional ability to simplify complex problems, distill data into clear insights, and construct compelling narratives that guide strategic decision-making.

* Outstanding relationship-building and communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with all levels of an organization.

* Ability to identify critical trends within data.

* Experience with segmentation analysis.

* Background in digital marketing, subscription business models, or streaming services.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Understanding of statistical concepts related to experimentation and causal inference.

* Experience standardizing and reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across diverse global regions and markets.

* Experience designing experiments.
