Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Web Project Manager & Web Specialist to support our Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and web experience initiatives. This role is split between project management (approximately 35-40%) and hands-on web execution (approximately 60-65%), supporting the planning, execution, QA, and rollout of CRO tests and broader web enhancements. This role works closely with the Web Experience, UX, Development, Analytics, and agency partners to ensure CRO initiatives and web updates are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned to testing and business objectives. Key Responsibilities
Project Management & CRO Operations (35-40%)
- Own day-to-day project coordination for CRO initiatives, ensuring tests move efficiently from intake through launch and rollout.
- Create and maintain CRO test briefs, ensuring documentation accurately reflects what is ultimately launched and tested.
- Own and manage the CRO QA process, including:
- Maintain CRO project tracking artifacts, including Monday boards and rollout trackers.
- Manage the rollout process for winning CRO tests, including weekly review of rollout status with analytics, UX, and development partners.
- Support continuous improvement of CRO workflows, documentation, and ways of working.
Web Specialist & Execution (60-65%)
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and prioritization discussions with web and development teams.
- Test Drupal components, modules, and web forms as part of each development release.
- Build and maintain web pages using Drupal (Lightning Builder), including ongoing content updates and site maintenance.
- Partner closely with content, UX, and SEO teams to support net-new and existing content updates.
- Support QA and UAT planning and execution in partnership with development and IT teams.
- Collaborate with vendors and agency partners to troubleshoot issues related to CMS access, tickets, QA, and design files.
- Contribute to occasional one-off projects such as competitive analysis, heatmapping, and experience audits.
- Stay current on digital marketing, CRO, web technology, and CMS best practices.
Qualifications & Experience
Required Experience & Skills
- 2-3+ years of experience in digital marketing, web production, or CRO-adjacent roles.
- Strong understanding of enterprise CMS platforms and development workflows, including ticket writing and QA processes.
- Hands-on experience authoring and maintaining content in enterprise CMS platforms such as Drupal, AEM, or Sitecore.
- Proficiency translating designs from Figma (or similar tools) into live CMS pages.
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Experience with project management and tracking tools like Monday.com, Jira, Asana, or Azure DevOps.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- High attention to detail, particularly related to QA, testing accuracy, and launch readiness.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and removing blockers.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
How This Role Is Different This is not a traditional project manager role. Success in this position requires someone who is equally comfortable coordinating work and executing it-QAing builds, updating content, and ensuring CRO tests are launched and rolled out correctly. #LI-BS1
