Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a Corporate Accounts Administrative Assistant with excellent time management and organizational skills to assist our Corporate Account Managers (CAMs) in completing customer operations tasks. This role will juggle many different tasks, have periodic contact directly with corporate customers, and must be professional, personable, and proficient in written and verbal communication. A little about you



  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • A thorough understanding of the tools and resources available to CAMs, Field Reps and Sales Managers through the NCH & Chem-Aqua structure will be expected after a few months in the position.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Organization is essential as projects will need to be completed in a timely manner while working with multiple deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.



Day-to-day work examples

We support growth, opportunity and variety, which means your day-to-day has the potential to adapt with you and your passions. If you're not challenged and growing, neither are we. For starters, though, here are some day-to-day examples of what you will be doing:



  • Collect and record monthly submission of customer reports (such as FSRs, lab analysis, transition paperwork, periodic customer reviews) by field reps for Corporate Accounts.
  • Compile a comprehensive report of compliance for each Corporate Account at the end of each month (ensuring reps have met the customer's Scope of Work).
  • Cross-check new accounts and renewals to ensure the accounts are coded properly, and appropriate discounts are applied, and rebates/fees are correct and complete.
  • Maintain trade show calendar and coordinate the participation of multiple departments (sales, marketing, engineering, transportation, etc.) for each event
  • Manage trade show materials (booths, banners, novelties, literature, etc.) and activities (registration, travel, advertising, payments, logistics, etc.)
  • Review of Field Service Reports for accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist with CAM schedules, organizing meetings and travel, and general administrative duties as directed by the Sales Leadership Team
  • Assist with sales onboarding for acquisitions
  • Other duties as assigned
