Job Title: Senior Workday Data Analyst

Location(s): Atlanta, GA

Role Overview
The Data Analyst will support the HR Technology Analytics and Reporting team by developing, maintaining, and analyzing reports and dashboards in Workday. The role focuses on HR data analysis and reporting solutions to support HR and business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards.
• Analyze HR data and generate insights for HR stakeholders.
• Build and maintain Workday Discovery Boards and dashboards.
• Work with HR datasets within Workday HCM.
• Support reporting requests and data analysis for HR leadership.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability of HR reporting solutions.

1. Workday Advanced Reporting.
2. Workday Prism.
3. Workday Discovery Boards / Dashboards.
4. Familiarity with Workday HCM datasets.
5. Strong HR data analytics experience.

Preferred / Bonus Skills

• Power BI
• Tableau

• Alteryx

• Flex / Virtual (no strict onsite requirement).

• Minimum 5 years (more preferred).
