Job Description: Title: Ethics & Compliance, Engagement & Insights Lead Reports to: Director, Ethics & Compliance Location: Remote eligible Work Schedule: Fulltime, M-F Relocation: No Travel: 10% About the Position: Terex is seeking a creative and detail-oriented professional to join our Ethics & Compliance team. Terex is a leading manufacturer of specialty equipment across many industries, including the trucks that haul your waste and recycling, the aerial working platforms you see at construction sites, and the material handling machines often spotted at ports, to name just a few. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the digital tools that facilitate and ensure our team members compliance with Terex policy, utilizing data from those systems to identify trends and areas in need of attention, and leading the E&C Team's efforts to communicate key messages to all our team members around the globe.
