NATURE AND SCOPE
Reports to the Manager, Compliance Quality Assurance. Serves as a part of a team that completes compliance testing and monitoring in accordance with the testing schedule. This will include compliance testing reviews for specific business areas and regulations as assigned to support the department achieving its goals in accordance with the Enterprise Compliance Policy and Program.


REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of quality control/assurance or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. Knowledge of banking and credit union standard financial operations, policies, and procedures.
3. Knowledge of federal banking regulations and any applicable state laws.
4. Demonstrated experience balancing multiple priorities and managing a variety of projects in a high-volume work environment with strong attention to detail.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the proven ability to work across various departments and levels in an organization.
6. Ability to use independent judgment and discretion in various situations while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality
7. Must develop an in-depth understanding of company policies and procedures as they relate to this position. Must comply with all company policies and procedures and all job-related state and federal laws and regulations.


PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Responsible for ensuring the required number of reviews is completed in a timely manner and in accordance with the testing and monitoring schedule and the Compliance Program standards.
2. Responsible for timely communication of results to ensure any defects are properly addressed, cleared, and/or escalated.
3. Ensures the testing program is up to date on internal policies, guidelines, products and services offered.
4. Prepares ongoing reporting regarding testing results to business partners at the management level.
5. Participate in the development of the ongoing testing schedule.
6. Performs other duties as assigned.
