Job Description
Seeking a Project Engineer to support the design and construction of utility-scale solar farms. In this role, the candidate will manage thirdparty engineering contractors responsible for developing complete engineering design packages for solar projects.

Project engineering responsibilities span the full project lifecycle-from initial concept definition through construction and final commissioning-and require ongoing coordination with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including environmental, procurement, transmission services, and project management teams across both earlystage development and active construction.

The successful candidate will have experience applying value engineering principles to balance reliability, cost, and performance for complex systems, along with a solid working knowledge of relevant engineering disciplines, including electrical, structural, civil, and materials engineering. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as well as a demonstrated ability to coordinate diverse stakeholders and lead multidisciplinary engineering teams to achieve business objectives. Experience managing schedules and budgets for large capital projects is preferred.

Must-Have Skills

• 5 yrs for Level 1 and 10 yrs for level 3 engineering experience
• Experience supporting engineering design packages for infrastructure projects
• Project coordination and stakeholder management experience
• Strong technical communication skills
• Ability to review engineering designs across multiple disciplines

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Utility-scale solar project experience
• Renewable energy or power infrastructure experience
• Experience managing capital project schedules and budgets
