Job Requisition:

• A staffing specialist in a hospital is responsible for managing the recruitment, hiring, and scheduling of hospitalstaff.
• Key duties include identifying staffing needs, sourcing and interviewing candidates, coordinating withdepartment managers, and maintaining staffing schedules.
• This role requires excellent communication,organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in HR software.
• The staffing specialist ensuresthat the hospital is adequately staffed with qualified personnel to maintain efficient and effective patient care.

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma/GED
• Medical Officer experience preferred
