About the Role:

As an Intern within a marketing and communications setting, you will gain comprehensive exposure to the operational, strategic, and administrative functions that drive business success. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in supporting various departments, contributing to projects that enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in data analysis, research, and process improvement initiatives, thereby developing a holistic understanding of corporate management. Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited college or university with a focus on business, management, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous internship or work experience in a corporate or management setting.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools or software such as Excel, word and/or graphic design platforms, or similar.
• Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting market and internal research to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with team members to analyze data and prepare reports that inform business operations.
• Support project management activities by tracking progress, coordinating meetings, and documenting outcomes.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting actionable solutions.
• Participate in cross-departmental meetings to gain insight into company operations and contribute ideas.
• Help prepare presentations and communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain organized records of project documentation and departmental resources.
