Job Summary

The Color Marketing Specialist plays a key role in supporting the Color Marketing team across a variety of projects and initiatives. A primary responsibility is assisting with the Virtual Color Consulting program, providing both creative input and analytical support. This includes guiding color selection, compiling client reports, and ensuring timely, accurate communication following consultations to meet client expectations.

The role also requires strong business acumen to serve as a liaison between the Color team and FP&A, monitoring program performance and identifying opportunities for improvement. Additionally, the specialist collaborates closely with the social media team to develop and design color-focused content that aligns with the fast-paced demands of digital platforms. Responding to color-related inquiries submitted through social channels and customer service may also be part of the responsibilities.



Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

    Provide comprehensive support for the Virtual Color Consulting team before and after consultations, including compiling detailed client reports, coordinating sample orders, and managing timely client communications.
  • Serve as a key liaison with the FP&A team, delivering accurate data and tracking program profitability and performance while identifying opportunities for process improvements and emerging customer trends.
  • Collaborate on color-related needs, such as curating color palettes, developing client-specific combinations, and providing guidance on customer inquiries.
  • Leverage graphic design expertise to ideate and create visually compelling, color-focused social media content that aligns with brand standards and digital engagement goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Customer Service, Creative Services, Social Media Marketing, and Product Marketing to ensure seamless execution of color marketing strategies.
  • Support the Commercial Color Rendering Program team as needed, contributing to color combination development and curated selections.


Qualifications

Required Knowledge & Desired Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Art/Design, graphic, interior design or a related field of study.
  • 1-2 year experience in art and design is preferable, with a strong eye for color.
  • Strong business acumen with experience in financial reporting and accounting is ideal
  • Has a demonstrated ability working with color to create combinations and color palettes as needed to support team projects.
  • Strong writing ability and keen eye for editing
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally, and at all levels within the organization including senior leadership.
  • High-level proficiency with Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office programs
  • Strong project, process, and time-management skills
  • Self-directed, high attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Maintains a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.


Pay Range

USD $57,700.00 - USD $68,700.00 /Yr.
