As a Security Officer - Lobby Monitor in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following site-specific security-related procedures and policies at a logistics and distribution location, including access control and visitor processing.
• Monitor inbound and outbound activity such as truck arrivals, dock operations, and employee entry and/or exit, and report unusual conditions per post orders.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications and documenting events as required.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance or operational concerns.
• Complete daily security-related reports and logs, including incident reports, access logs, and key control documentation, and communicate relevant updates to site leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• X-Ray Screening Experience is preferred.
• Customer Service Experience is preferred.
• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet is preferred.
• Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
